What Ada is
Ada is a personal assistant service operated by Ada s.r.o., Praha 1, Czech Republic. You authorize Ada to act on your behalf — placing reservations, making calls, paying merchants from a wallet you fund — within the rules you set in your account.
Your account
You must be 18+ and provide accurate information. You're responsible for keeping your phone number secure. Ada acts on requests that come from your verified line.
The wallet
Your wallet is a stored-value balance that Ada uses to pay merchants. It is not an investment account, earns no interest, and is held by our regulated payments partner. You can withdraw the full balance at any time — funds return to the SEPA account they came from within 1–3 business days.
Ada checks every transaction against your spend policy. Anything outside the policy waits for your tap-to-confirm.
Subscription
Plans are monthly, charged in advance. Cancel anytime from Settings — your line stays active through the end of the paid period. We don't pro-rate refunds for partial months.
What Ada won't do
- Anything illegal, harmful, or against a merchant's terms.
- Move money to third parties outside your wallet rules.
- Share your data with anyone except as needed to complete a task you requested.
- Make medical, legal, or financial-advice decisions on your behalf.
Mistakes & refunds
If Ada makes a clear error — wrong restaurant, wrong night, wrong quantity — we cover the difference and fix it. Disputes are handled through Settings → Activity → "Report" within 30 days of the transaction.
Liability
Our maximum liability for any claim is the greater of (a) your wallet balance at the time of the issue, or (b) the last 3 months of subscription fees. We aren't liable for indirect losses (missed flights, lost opportunities, reputational harm).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Disputes are handled by the courts of Prague.
