How does Ada actually pay for things?+
Ada pays merchants from a wallet you fund — never with your card directly. You top up via SEPA Instant (free, seconds). She uses her own virtual card, with the limits you set. We never see your bank password.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. One tap in Settings. Wallet balance is refunded to the bank account it came from within 1–3 business days.
What if Ada gets something wrong?+
Every action is logged, replayable, and refundable. If she books the wrong table, we fix it and cover the difference. You won't pay for our mistakes.
Is there a usage limit?+
No. Plans are unlimited tasks. Reasonable use applies — if you're routing 200 calls a day, we'll talk about Elite.
Where are you available?+
Prague today. Vienna in summer 2026. London and Berlin after that. Elite is global from day one.
What languages does she speak?+
Czech and English on every plan. German on Plus and Elite. More to come.
